RE: 500 BISHOPS VOW TO JOIN G7 GOVERNORS

Majek Fashek - "RELIGION NA POLITICS"

The News that about 500 Bishops across Nigeria is planning to join the force with the rebellious G7 Governors should not just be laughable but be given less attention. Firstly we should be aware that “The Bishops and Eminent Clerics Forum of Nigeria” is not a recognized Christian association in Nigeria and Christianity should not be dragged into petty politics being meted by the New Peoples Democratic Party (nPDP).

If this is a New start of questioning the goings on of things in Nigeria, then I’d advice that these Men of God should retrace their steps backwards and show us what they did when a government at a time in Nigeria was dragging the Nation backwards.
Where were they when General Sani Abacha almost finished the Nation in abject poverty and misrule, where were they when this Government is fighting to overcome the Boko Haram insurgency using States own machinery and the support of Religious Bodies and people like Pastor AYO ORITSEJAFOR, CAN President> to address the concerns of Christians across the Nation?

It should be clear that there is a clear cut between the State and the Church. The role of the Church is to support the Government in doing the Right Thing and not joining Political "gangsters" to cause more chaos for a Nation that is aiming to regain full Peaceful coexistence as it were.

It is worthy of note that, Nigeria under the leadership of President GOODLUCK Jonathan (GCFR) have experienced unprecedented growth in all areas ranging from a robust Economy and a Job creation. The coming together of the G7 Governors is aimed at distabilising the hard work of President Jonathan and on a wise advice these Bishops should not allow their emotions and personal gain seeking tendencies lead them to doing the WRONG Thingz.

If these Bishops are saying they are fighting for the interests of Nigeria, WHY haven't they come out to address the issue of ASUU being on strike for over three months now? Nigerians have known better now as this is just a show to join the trend of public opinions just be in the News for speaking.

NO WONDER, Majek Fashek sang "RELIGION NA POLITICS"

It will be better for the Christian Community in Nigeria to put to rest that the Church of God is not fashioned in Politics rather than a place of liberty. How I wish these Bishops emulate the Leadership style of Papa AYO ORITSEJAFOR and how he has been handling the Christian Community these years. The Church must not be divided and must not be deceived into issues of Politics leaving the core areas that must be tackled in the Body of Christ.

#GoodluckNigeria: GOLDEN EAGLETS CONQUERED THE WORLD!

The Nigerian Golden Eaglets became the most successful Team in FIFA U-17 World Cup history with a 3-0 Win over holders Mexico at the Mohammad Bin Zayed Stadium in Abu Dhabi.

This is yet another remarkable VICTORY for Nigeria and for the President, Dr. GOODLUCK Ebele Azikiwe Jonathan (GCFR) for ensuring that Sporting activities are being revived in the Nation which is a pivotal to the Transformation Agenda of this administration. Never has it happened in the history of Nigeria to receive TWO major football Victories in ONE single year. ONLY under President Jonathan has this miraculously height has been achieved.

As we Congratulate the Golden Eaglets we must not forget to highlight the importance of the Men and Women President Jonathan has deployed to man the Sports Ministry of the Country to bring about Uncommon-Change and successes. Only a President with Vision and Eyes for development and knows the importance of sports in addressing the issue of Youths engagement will achieve these goals within shortest time.

President GOODLUCK Jonathan has proven to be The RIGHT CHOICE for Nigeria in all ramifications as it relates to Nation Building and National UNITY.
This is a Victory to Democracy, It is a Victory to the President and the entire Executive Cabinet Members and the National Assembly for throwing their heavy weight of support since the start of this Tournament.

The final was a rematch of the 6-1 win Nigeria inflicted on theSKY Mexicans in Group F play and sees the Golden Eaglets lay hands on the Junior World TROPHY for the fourth time in their history, one better than South American giants Brazil. When the final whistle went in the UAE capital, Fans and Players alike REJOICED, Fingers pointed to the SKY, with what has become the Traditional Nigerian celebration of: “YES, YES YES!”

This is also commending the Evergreen KELECHI IHEANACHO whose Eyes On The GOAL was not distracted but delivered Victory to his Motherland even received a GOLDEN GIFT for being oustanding. In reminding us that Sports in Nigeria is an evolving Sector that everyone must ensure to key into even as the Governor of Delta State, Dr. Emmanuel Ewetan Uduaghan is not resting in the start to reposition Sports especially Football. His efforts have yielded hence the call for us to support President Jonathan, support Dr. Uduaghan and every Nigerian State that have embraced Sports as a growing Industry in Nigeria. All thanks to God for giving us such a Victory as such a time when President Jonathan had right some earlier this year that “before this year runs out, Nigerians will begin to PRAISE ME” this has come to pass and many in Economic growth, Roads construction and Job creation are happening simultaneously.

Meanwhile, President Jonathan through his media aide, Rueben Abati said “On behalf of himself, the Federal Government and all Nigerians,
I Congratulate the Golden Eaglets of Nigeria on their 3-0 Triumph over Mexico in the final Match of the 2013 FIFA Under-17 World Soccer Championship played Friday evening in Abu Dhabi.” Stating that he will host the Golden Eaglets to a state sponsored Banquet on Sunday in State House.

With GOODLUCK Jonathan, NIGERIA LL RULE THE WORLD...!

Long Live GEJ!
Long Live Golden Eaglets!!
Long Live Nigeria!!!
