-MoAgbajoh wrote,

Nigeria is witnessing yet another round of glorious beginning for Ex-Militants in the Niger Delta Region as some of them have been sent to Germany to undertake Training on Piloting Planes.

These Youths under the Presidential Amnesty Programme, left Nigeria for further Training in Lufthansa, Germany. This has gone to show President Goodluck Jonathan’s love for development and Peaceful conduct in the Region.

Mr. Kinsley Kuku, the amiable coordinator of this programme has overtime shown maturity and sincerity in handling such a crucial project for the betterment of Nigeria and the Niger Delta Region. Recently, Kuku disclosed that the Training was part of the efforts of the Federal Government to ensure development in the country.

The Pilots had previously undergone Training in Afrika Union Aviation Academy in Mafikeng, South Africa, before proceeding to Lufthansa Pilot Training Institute in Germany for a 14-Month Training in Airline Transport Pilot.

In his words “This is one of the benevolent kindnesses of the President Goodluck Jonathan to Nigerian Youths. When we started, too many people did not believe that the trainings could be possible but it is. The Pilots have come from Nothing to become Something now. It is part of the President’s impact in the development of Nigeria. Most of the beneficiaries of the programme are from the State under the Niger Delta Region

“I want you to go there to compete with the world, be serious and do Everything right You have done it when it seems impossible so advancing shouldn’t be a problem.”

The Pilots, however, commended the Federal Government for the initiative. One of them, Ngozi Idigbe said, “It is a good Training. Though as the only female, I face some competitions from the males but my previous experience in South Africa Training School gives me confidence that I can do Better.”

EVEN PA' AWO PREDICTED AN IJAW PRESIDENT IN 1983_Ebeneza Babatope Testified

-Mary Oyibocha-Agbajoh

HISTORY has never failed the quest for knowledge and Wisdom; Chief Ebenezer Babatope, @ his 70th Birthday, Jan, 2013 revealed Pa Awo's Prediction of God raising a President from the Ijaw enclave hence the coming of President Goodluck Ebele Azikiwe Jonathan (GCFR) was not ordinary but in fulfillment of God’s word for Nigeria.

Going by recent trend of Men of God from diverse denomination including the Catholic Cardinal His "Eminence" Anthony Olubunmi OKOJIE (RTD) asking President Jonathan to seek God first for his Second Term, I hope this Prediction by Pa Awolowo has finally put to final rest the "Hues & Cries" Thus, President Jonathan is On Point with his 2015 ambition SO NO SHAKING!

President Jonathan is a Man that has seen the ups and downs of His Career outside politics and inside politics. He has shown his strength by rising ahead of his immediate Community to aspire to be the Man that is leading the largest Africa Nation to a Greater height today. In September 18th 2010, President Jonathan having served as Vice President of Nigeria and with his wealth of experience in Good Governance officially declared his Presidential ambition with the famous ‘I HAVE NO SHOES’ slogan; that eventually became the word for most homes in Nigeria. As an encouraging phrase to describe a Man with No Shoes, growing up in a small Community in Bayelsa State to become Nigeria’s MOST favorite President and BEST ever had as a Nation.

HIS JOURNEY
President Jonathan’s journey so far in the politics of Nigeria cannot be unconnected with his background from his home State. As his name suggests, President Goodluck Jonathan has a habit of being in the Right place at the Right time; this led him to start his Political Career as Deputy Governor in Bayelsa State, with D.S.P. Alamieyeseigha as the Executive Governor of Bayelsa State. This recorded Dr. Goodluck Jonathan as the First Deputy Governor of Bayelsa State. He eventually became the Governor of the State and Transformed the living standard of the people and several developmental resulted were recorded.

During his tenure as Governor, President Jonathan showed that he is a Humane Administrator, amazingly "Simple" Minded Loved by his People, Friends and Colleagues in and outside the State.

In December 2006, Jonathan was nominated as running mate to Umaru Yar’Adua for the Ruling PDP Presidential Ticket in the April 2007 Election as he was busy preparing for Re-Election to his first full term as substantive Governor of Bayelsa State. After a keenly contested Election, the Yar’adua/Jonathan ticket Won, and on May 29, 2007, he was inaugurated as Nigeria’s Vice President.

President Jonathan assumed Office on February 9, 2010, as Nigeria’s Acting President by virtue of a National Assembly resolution empowering him as Acting President, following President Yar’Adua’s long absence for medical attention in Saudi Arabia. President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan was Sworn-in as President becoming Nigeria’s 14th Head of State on May, 6, 2010 as President, Commander-in-chief of the Federal Republic of Nigeria following the passing away of President Umaru Musa Yar’Adua on May 5, 2010. He cited anti-corruption, power and electoral reforms as focuses of his administration. He stated that he came to office under “very sad and unusual circumstances”.

President Jonathan on his formal declaration in 2011 said “'I was not born rich, and in My Youth, I never imagined that I would be where I am today, but not once did I ever give up. Not once did I imagine that a Child from Otuoke, a small village in the Niger Delta, will one day rise to the position of President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. I was raised by My Mother and Father with just enough money to meet our daily needs.

'In My early days in school, I had no shoes, no school bags. I carried my books in my hands but never despaired; no car to take me to school but I never despaired. There were days I had only one meal but I never despaired. I walked miles and crossed rivers to school every day but I never despaired. Didn't have Power, didn't have Generators, studied with Lanterns but I never despaired...

'In spite of these, I finished Secondary School, attended the University of Port Harcourt, and now hold a doctorate degree. 'My Story is the Story of a young Nigerian whose access to education opened up vast opportunities that enabled me to attain My present position. As I travel up and down Our Country,
I see a Nation blessed by God with rich Agricultural and Mineral Resources and an enterprising people. I see Millions of Nigerians whose potentials for greatness are constrained by the lack of basic infrastructure.
I see Nigerians who can make a difference in the service of their country but are disadvantaged by the lack of opportunities.

'My Story symbolizes My Dream for Nigeria. The Dream that any Nigerian Child from Kaura- Namoda to Duke town; from Potiskum to Nsukka, from Isale-Eko to Gboko will be able to realize his God-Given potentials, unhindered by tribe or religion and unrestricted by improvised political inhibitions.

'My Story holds out the promise of a NEW NIGERIA, A Nigeria built on the virtues of Love and Respect for one another, on Unity, on industry, on hard work and on Good Governance.

'My Fellow Nigerians, this is what has brought me to Eagle Square today. I have come to say to all of you, that Goodluck Ebele Azikiwe Jonathan is the man you need to put Nigeria right. I have come to launch a campaign of ideas, not one of calumny. I have come to preach love, not hate. I have come to break you away from divisive tendencies of the past which have slowed our drive to true nationhood. I have no enemies to fight. You are all my friends and we share a common destiny'.

These things can only be by the Hands of God that has used men to predict his coming into Power. These are not words of a man that is not ready for business. How much more spiritual note do we need to confirm Gods hand is in President Jonathan’s Presidential Race?

Within these period, President Jonathan has Transformed the Economy of Nigeria, creating Jobs via the Federal Government YouWin initiative, constructing Roads, revived the former forgotten Railway Transportation system in Nigeria. Under President Jonathan, Corruption is being defeated to a standstill as this was witnessed in his bid to stop Fuel Subsidy in exposing those that have been benefiting from the scheme without supplying Petroleum products to Nigeria.

NO DOUBT, In the History of Nigeria, President Jonathan’s Achievement in Office has surpassed that of former Leaders; which have contributed to the yearning of Nigerians to seek for his Re-Election for President Come 2015.

'Fellow Nigerians, if I could Make it, you too CAN Make it'

DELTA @22: GOV. UDUAGHAN HINTS DELTANS OF HIS SUCCESSOR; Only A God-Fearing Man willl succeed Me He said...

Governor Emmanuel Uduaghan of Delta State, Wife Roli, Top Government Functionaries and thousands of Deltans assembled at the Asaba Convention Centre on 26th August to lift up their hands in appreciation of the love of God towards them, their families, and the State as they Celebrate DELTA @22.

Lionel Peterson, African's Ambassador of Worship, Lara George, Midnight Crew, and other anointed men of God led the congregation in Praise and Worship.

During this Session, Governor Uduaghan disclosed that any Man that would succeed him as Governor of Delta State MUST be someone that have proven credentials of Political stability and most of all, A Man with the FEAR OF GOD. This is as a result of the need to clearly understand that Delta State has been recognized as God’s Own State for many decades now and this should be maintained to keep the State moving Forward regardless of the challenges facing it.

Governor Uduaghan’s acknowledgement for the need of a God-Fearing Man to take over the affairs of Delta State after him has shown his love and passion to see a State that is succeeding across board.

While acknowledging the Gospel Musician from South Africa said the DELTA YADAH will continue even after his tenure. According to him, any aspirants that will not key into the continuity of the programme will NOT Win.

He was passionate about Delta State having a man with the fear of God as the next Governor as shown in his statement. It is of note that the South African Gospel Musician was First invited to Nigeria last Year December by Elder Godsday Peter Orubebe (CON) during one of his Monthly All-Night programme in Glory SANTUARY Christian Centre Ogbogbagbene Burutu LGA

Notably, this is where the Honourable Minister of Niger Delta Affairs, Elder Godsday Peter Orubebe comes to play. The quest to get a Man in that fashion is a clear need to support Elder Orubebe who doubles as a Minister of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and also a Minister of the Gospel of God.

Only recently, Pastor Ayo Oritsejafor, the National President of the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) acknowledged this fact by saying that Elder Orubebe is widely accepted in the Niger Delta Region and Nigeria at large as a result of his love for God and development of Human Capacity which he disclosed that he is proud of him in all ramification.

With these, it is conclusively acceptable that, Elder ORUBEBE is the Man to look out for as the Man Deltans are seeking to take over from Governor Uduaghan.

GOD BLESS NIGERIA!
GOD BLESS DELTA STATE!!
GOD BLESS ORUBEBE !!!

WHY I 'LL VOTE.JONATHAN FOR SECOND TERM IN OFFICE_Tafawa Balewa’s Son

A New turn of realization that depicts the Workability of the Policies being put in place by President Goodluck Jonathan (GCFR) is taking a boost as Dr. Abdujelil Tafawa Balewa, Son of the First Republic Prime Minister of Nigeria; Alhaji Abubakar Tafawa Balewa has thrown his heavy weight of support for President Jonathan come 2015.

This is coming on the grounds that President Jonathan in the History of Nigeria is taking Nigeria to the Next Level in all ramifications which can be clearly seen in the Nation’s total National Crude Oil Production of 2.06 Million barrels per day. This alone is a proof of a ROBUST Economic Growth in Nigeria.

Under President Jonathan, “The Federal Government is adopting appropriate strategies to effectively mitigate the impact of decline in the U.S. Markets. The number and volume of term contracts with Asian Refiners is gradually being increased. Current term volumes to Asian Refiners stand at 120,000 barrels per day. In both the short and medium-term, a combination of market openings in Europe and Asia will effectively compensate the loss of U.S. market and offer needed support for Nigerian Crude Oil Exports.

“Every discerning observer will notice that Socio-Economic challenges which had existed for several decades and which the current Transformation Agenda is effectively tackling are clearly spelt out in the Mid-Term Report presented to Nigerians by President Goodluck Jonathan a few weeks ago. These Challenges include, among others, dependence on Oil Exports, High recurrent expenditure, High food importation, Poor Infrastructure, High Inflation, Falling Reserve and rising Domestic Debt.”

“While the Nigerian Economy, like other Oil dependent ones globally, often suffer from drop in sales and fluctuation in international pricing, the Jonathan administration has implemented key Reforms to reduce dependence on oil and these reforms have resulted in the Agricultural sector alone contributing over 40 per cent to the Gross Domestic Product in two years. Oil exports are now 69 per cent of our total exports as against 91 per cent in 2008.” This was made known by the Senior Special Assistant to the President (Public Affairs), Dr. Doyin Okupe in a Press Conference recently in Abuja.

Meanwhile, Dr. Abdujelil Tafawa Balewa desire to support and vote for President Jonathan still borders on his ability within these short period to transform Nigeria’s economy, creating employment opportunities, building roads, remodelling the nation’s airports and exhibiting an ‘open door’ policy.

Dr. Abdujelil Tafawa Balewa in his view said, that the agitation for power shift to the North by the Northern Elders Forum (NEF) as represented by Professor Ango Abdullahi and the Arewa Consultative Forum (ACF), do not represent the general views of the Region. SHIKENAH..!

(Barr,) MoAgbajoh

Pls See excerpts for More details....

Dr. Tafawa Balewa, who made these views known in a parley with newsmen on Wednesday, said that each group within the polity was free to express its views, adding, however, that the views remain personal opinions.

He said: “Constitutionally, President Goodluck Jonathan has every right as a Nigerian citizen to run for a second term. You can count on me, I will vote for him. There has never been and even before independence, until now, a president that has done so well and seen within our society that women who constitute about half of the population are now being moved up in our ministries and several embassies all over the world.”
