STATE OF THE NATION: Nat'l Orientation Agency Has Failed Nigerians_Max Gbanite.

NIGERIANS DESERVE 2 KNOW WHAT GOVT IS DOING...


Speaking on the State of the Nation as regards the Security of Lives and Properties, Dr. Max Gbanite (A Strategic Security Consultant) has blamed the Leadership of the National Orientation Agency for inadequacy and gross inefficiency in the discharge of its duties to adequately inform Nigerians.

Stressing further, Dr. Max lamented the high level of ignorance and misinformation in the country which has aided insecurity to thrive. "Majority of the People are not carried along, and they don't know what the President or the Government is doing" to appreciate & support Government

Dr. Max made this known as a guest to the Channels Television’s breakfast show Sunrise Daily on the State of the Nation, as he also faulted poor funding and corruption in the Military.

Stressing that, from the 2013 Budget, the Ministry of Finance has only given the Security Agency 20% of the Funds to Secure the Nation. He further said Nigerians have failed the Security Agencies by sending them to fight insurgents and Militant Groups without equipping them. He made it known that “We have also helped in increasing the hatred of The Military, The Law Enforcement Agencies giving confidence to Community to feel that the military and law enforcement agencies are GAME that can be killed at any given time and that is not acceptable”.

Mr Gbanite stated that the Nigerian Democracy has survived over the Years “because of the maturity being exhibited by the current Military who are highly intellectual and have come to accept that its only Democracy that can keep NIGERIA Together.”

LABOUR PARTY (LP) LAUDS JONATHAN'S DECISION ON STATE OF EMERGENCY #SoE Dan Nwanyanwu, CHAIRMAN Labour Party (LP).




The National Chairman of Labour Party (LP), Chief Dan Nwanyanwu has fully endorsed the State of Emergency declared on some Northern States by President Jonathan and called for the proper use of the Force to achieve its aim.

Chief Dan made the commendations as Guest @ Channels Breakfast Tv Programme @SunriseDailyNow

He further advised that the Presidential Committee on Dialogue and Peaceful Resolution of Security Challenges in the North should be allowed to continue its work as he called on the Federal Government not to suspend the dialogue and Amnesty Programme extended to the Boko Haram Sect.

A Demonstration of the true tenet of Democracy using Powers conferred on him judiciously for the GREATER Good of Nigeria adding "It's Not in Our character to KILL OUR NEIGHBOUR" saying JONATHAN HAS ACTED WELL.

Chief Nwanyanwu said President Jonathan has indeed been very patient with th Militant Groups hoping Dialogue and other Peaceful means can solve the problems of insurgency in the North. describing Nigerians as PEACE Loving People who can not Tolerate War and Killings.

“If the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, President Goodluck Jonathan has 10% of Obasanjo in him, he probably would have acted LONG ago. DASTARDLY #ODI

Chief Dan Nwanyanwu also use this opportunity to admonish and warn Nigerians over the recent gange up by some vicious Political Parties #APC who have nothing to offer but chaos
In his words " If they truly want to make The CHANGE they claim, let them come up with ALTERNATIVES to the various programs instituted by the Jonathan Transformation Agenda.

Speaking in his local IGBO dialect saying "It's Not A Difficult Task to give MONKEY Water to Drink, but How to collect back the Cup is the issue"

The Chairman of LP further, urged Nigerians to beware of Politicians who indulge Youths as thugs during Campaigns but later dump them after Election causing Unrest & Unemployment.

He finally added, that the Progress of Nigeria is Our collective responsibility, that No Nigerian is more qualified to be President thereby making Nigeria Ungovernable just because they don't like the face of Jonathan...

Undermining Political differences and interests, the Governors, 1. Chime Sullivan-Enugu 2. Peter Obi-Anambra 3. Martins Elechi-Ebonyi 4. Rochas Okorocha-Imo 5. Theodore Orji-Abia 6. Emmanuel Uduaghan-Delta 7. Liyel Imoke-C/River 8. Godswill Akpabio-A/ibom 9. Seriake Dickson-Bayelsa 10. Tele Ikuru-Rivers State Dep. Governorcollectively pledeged their loyalty and support for President Jonathan as they score high his Transformation Agenda despite the turmoil and distractions so far.

The Governors took their stand in ASABA, Delta State Capital which have lately become a Center for such meetings due to UDUAGHAN'S Unflinching support and belief for President Jonathan which has turned into a model for emulation.

Governor Uduaghan overtime has been renowned for his PEACE & Bridge Building across Ethnic Lines thus promoting Asaba as a Center of UNITY. This has made him and the State a Citadel for such monumental meetings, recalling the recent South-South Summit in Asaba that also heralded total solidarity from the Region for President GOODLUCK Jonathan.

Conclusively, they Declared that "The South-South and South-East Governors" commends President Goodluck Jonathan for his Focused Leadership, and Bold results yielding Transformation Agenda, which deserves unwavering support of all Nigerians and friends of Nigeria alike for the laudable achievements of the administration in strengthening our democracy , stabilizing the polity , growing the economy and improving the quality of lives of all citizens continue to unfold. Economic and political corporation within the Regions.

The Governors further commended Jonathan for the "Extensive Ongoing Rehabilitation & Modernization of the Airports across the country , particularly those in Our Region", but called on the Federal Government to establishes Cargo Airports including additional Sea Ports in the Region, including Ibaka & Escravos".


Harping more on sustainable growth for both Regions, they advised the Federal Government to repair Federal Roads in the Region to boost Trade and investment even as they laud the commencement of the Construction Second (2ND) Niger Bridge.
