This very singular Act revealed to the Good People of Delta State especially those that were ravaged by the unfriendly Flood that UDUAGHAN truly has "A BIG HEART" especially in TIMES OF TROUBLE...The Governor in his display of Agape Love for Deltans defiled all ODDS to Celebrate His 58th Birthday at the Camps with the Flood Victims.
This move was a confirmation of the swift response the Governor adopted in addressing the Challenges when the News of the flood submerging Delta Communities was first aired in the Media. The unprecendented Visitation of Dr. Uduaghan brought HOPE to the People at the Camps this can be attributed to the meaning attached to his Name; EMMANUEL-GOD WITH US!

The People once again are so elated at the News that heralded the entrant of Brand New Luxurious MARCOPOLO and Toyota Hiace Buses to compliment his earlier effort.
