THE RIBADU REPORT...MY HANDS 'R' CLEAN_RIBADU declared

In the wake of the PROTESTS that greeted the Fuel Subsidy Removal in January 2012, President Goodluck in his drive to rid the Oil Sector of Corruption and to position it to meet international best practices, inaugurated 3 Committees. One of which was headed by Mallam Nuhu Ribadu. The Committee which was set up on 28 February 2012 was among to other things suppprt the Programme of the Government in enhancing optimization, Probity, Accountability in the operation of the Petroleum Industry.
When these Task Force was set up, the Good intention of The President were Misinterpreted by Cynics. Many of whom took solace in desparaging the personality of the President. These self-Righteous Nigerians have scathe every efforts of the Transformation Agenda with accusations and claims which the test of time has proven baseless. #ProphetBakare On my Mind!
It has become obvious to Nigerians that some People are out there to sabatoged every move of President JONATHAN with unnecessary criticisms. All they wish for is for the Government to Fail, i guess you know these persons does not have the interest of Nigeria at heart. If not, WHY WISH EVIL? If only they have "SPECIFIC" Ideas to Offer.

However, Let us get the Points straight. Do you think If the Government was scared of Ribadu or was indeed involved in Frauds at the NNPC and the Oil Sector, would it has raised the Mallam Ribadu Committee in the First Place considering the fact that the Mallam RIBADU will end up exposing them? Why the Task was on, did the Committee Members complained of the Presidency's interference with their duties? Of course, such never happened neither was it mentioned by the Fearless Ribadu. The Committees were given FREE HANDS to Operate and to come up with Solutions to problems.
"He Who Come to EQUITY, MUST come with CLEAN HANDS" Abi...

To MR. PRESIDENT, the Petroleum Industry Committees which included the Ribadu Committee was the beginning of Transformation in the Oil Sector. The Government has reiterated it's commitment in TACKLING CORRUPTION and this is the SPIRIT that convinced Mallam Ribadu an opposition Politician (ACN) to take up the job of sanitizing the Sector. Mr. President has made his stand known to Nigerians and that is, there is No Room 4 CORRUPTION in this dispensation. Corruption must be fought to its Kneel.

SO, I Wonder why some Nigerians would always jump at every opportunity to criticize the JONATHAN-Led Government. Is it that as Nigerians We have lost comendation in our Books? Why would some Nigerians resort to FALSEHOOD and Half-Truths against National Interest because they want to score Cheap Political Points?
In all of these, that fact remains, "GOODLUCK MEANS WELL"

GOD BLESS NIGERIA!!!
