This is to inform all the collection (FREE) of admission form into College of Midwifery Tudun-Wada Kaduna commences tomorrow 9th January, 2018 to 19th January, 2019.
Interested Candidates with at least five credits in English, Maths, Physics, Chemistry and Biology that are 25years or below are eligible.
Equally 20th January, 2018 is scheduled for the entrance examination.
To enable collect the form ,interested candidates should come along with their statement of result of WAEC or NECO, together with birth certificate or declaration of age at the school ministry of health.
