DELTA AGRICULTURAL REVOLUTION!

DELTA AGRICULTURAL-REVOLUTION! The need for a diversified Economy is one that every developing Nation must be ready to reckon with, a Feat which Delta State is never an exception through the DELTA BEYOND OIL' Agenda. According to Nigeria's Economy Pilot and World Bank Managing Director, Dr. Mrs. Ngozi Okonjo Iweala investing heavily on other areas of the Economy like AGRICULTURE will boost Our GDP and it will be a sure start for achiveing Vision 20:20:20. It will further improve Our Level of Self-Sufficiency and reduce the amount of Imported Goods.  It is on this note the ever resourceful and enterprising Governor of Delta State, Dr. Emmanuel Uduaghan is exploring the Rich Agro-Climatic condition of Delta State in achieving a Self Sufficiency in Agriculture which will curb the Global menace of FOOD Shortages & Unemployment.  Targeting Agriculture as a LATEST Source of Revenue and JOB Creation for the YOUTHS,  UDUAGHAN is most desirous in ensuring FOOD sufficiency for all Deltans. The Uduaghan administration has demonstrated irrevocable commitment to the provision of an enabling Environment for the implementation of Agricultural Programs that would boost food production in the State. This resolve is already yielding the desired results as both LOCAL & FOREIGN Investors are trooping to Delta State to invest in the Agricultural Sector.  NO WONDER! Presently, Delta State in Partnership with Obasanjo Farms, can boast of the Largest POULTRY FARMS in Nigeria and by extension, Sub-Sahara Africa! And as usual in his Uncommon DYNAMISM, GOV. EMMANUEL UDUAGHAN is always eager to tap from others that have comparative advantage in Special Agro-Based Areas, hence, Delta State in 2010, hosted the Adamawa State Governor, Admiral Murtala Nyako. The Governor from the North Eastern State, highly revered as a SUCCESSFUL FARMER, especially in the areas of RICE & LIVESTOCK Production. YOUTH EMPOWERMENT THRU AGRICULTURE (YETA) UDUAGHAN, LEGACY! @MOAgbajoh
