Another Milestone Achievement was Recorded Again in the Presidential Amnesty Programme as the May 22nd 2012 Batch of Trainees comprising of165 EX-MILITANTS Graduated in Grand Style and FLYING GRADES amidst Cheers and Admirations from All-And-Sundry.
Highlight of the Graduation witnessed the onward recruitment, employment and induction of Thirty(30) deserving students into the work force of the Prestigious United Arab Emirates. Certificates of Performance were also issued out to Eleven(11) deserving Students that emerged with Distinction from the program.
It is worthy of note and commendation that 30 of these deserving Students were offered Automatic EMPLOYMENT with the Parent Group of the PROCLAD Company. Other incentives and benefits offered include Full Employment under the UAE Pensionable Employment Act, Free Meals and Accommodation.
They were advised to be good Ambassadors of the Nation and the Niger-Delta People. And also to imbibe all act of diligence in the discharge of their duties.THE NIGER DELTA "AMBASSADORS"

And he said, "By Gathering here today, We Celebrate MR. PRESIDENT today for this Great Feat 30 Nigerians who left for DUBAI November Last Year and came back very Successful.
These YOUTHS have made Nigerians Proud and themselves. They have NO OPTION but to Succeed. Behave well, so your Residence Permit will never be Challenged.
26,326- 30,000 will be Trained as it goes and if of this number 1000 people decides to come back and give back to the society then Nigeria has nothing to lost at all.
"Please remember you are on probation. After you have been confirmed 3 months after the amnesty office will stop paying your stipends of 65,000 Naira.. This is in line with the UN codes of conduct".
There were others retained by various Companies around the World. Those who have gone ahead to develop their own Entrepreneurship Centres, the Office will proceed in building their skills and Capacitating their businesses so that they too can be employers of labour.
"The Amnesty Office is planing a Development coup of the region. Training people for the kind of job that investors would want to to do I the region. So when the day comes, the companies can't get people from else where to do the jobs".
They have been encouraged to live as Brothers and must live as a Family. "Every one here has been predestined for GREATNESS!
